Tuition prices and academic fees are reviewed and determined annually for each of the four programs at San Jose Catholic School.

All fees are non-refundable. If a student is withdrawn from San Jose Catholic School during the course of the school year, the family will be financially responsible for two months of tuition from the date of withdrawal.

Families that receive a state scholarship are still responsible for Registration Fee, Home & School Fee and the Annual Fee, as well as, for any tuition that the awarded amount does not cover.

Registration Fee

  • Due at the time of enrollment / re-enrollment.
  • One fee per family.
  • The Registration Fee does not apply to VPK families.

Home & School Fee

  • Our Home & School Association is our version of the PTA.
  • Due in March for re-enrolling families.
  • Due at enrollment for new families.
  • One fee per family.
  • The Home & School Fee does not apply to VPK families.

Annual Fee

  • The Annual Fee covers books, technology subscriptions, software, hardware etc.
  • Due in full in June or may be spread out over 6 months.
  • One fee per student.
  • The Annual Fee does not apply to PK3 or PK4/VPK students.

Pre-K3 / Pre-K4 Craft Fee

  • Due in June or at the time of new student enrollment.
  • One fee per student.
  • The Craft Fee does not apply to half day VPK students.

Tuition

  • Payments begin in July.
  • You may choose to pay in full, monthly, or bi-monthly.

Extended School Care (ESC)

  • ESC fees vary. Please refer to the Tuition & Fees document below.

Tuition and fees are paid via FACTS Financial Management. This is an online platform that requires families to enroll using a checking or savings account or credit card. Additional transaction fees apply when using a credit card. Families are responsible for the FACTS yearly fee; at the time their account is finalized.

Tuition and fees must be current for a student to receive a report card, participate in graduation or to have permanent records transferred to another school.

Additional fees apply for late payments or payments returned for insufficient funds.

Withdrawal Fees

If a student is withdrawn from San Jose Catholic Schol at any time during the academic school year, the family will be financially responsible for
two months of tuition from date of withdrawal.
