The annual San Jose Golf Classic and Gala is our school’s largest fundraiser and is hosted by the San Jose Knights Of Columbus #12619 and the Ensure the Legacy committee. Your participation will help raise needed funds to supplement the budget, provide enhancements to classrooms and much needed facility updates. Parents, help support and promote our sponsors and receive volunteer hours!
$500.00 spent at any or all of our over 60 sponsors you will receive 1 hour up to 5 hours. Receipts from sponsors must
be stapled to the Completed Receipt Redemption form to receive the hours. Receipt Redemption forms can be picked up
at the school office or downloaded below. 5 hours may also be awarded for every new Paid Hole Sponsor you bring to the
Ensure The Legacy Committee. Current Sponsors can be found on the sheet above or at www.ensurethelegacy.com.
$500.00 combined spending with over 60 sponsors = 1 Hour
1 Hole sponsor sign up = 2.5 hours (New Hole Sponsors only)
No volunteer hours will be approved without completed form
