NJHS Spreads Christmas Cheer

The National Junior Honor Society earned money from the Halloween Boo Grams to bring some Christmas cheer to the elderly.  The students made Christmas gift bags for the senior citizens who reside at the San Jose Manor Apartments, just around the corner from San Jose Catholic.  The fourth graders also made cards for them to enjoy.  In addition to bringing our gifts, the students sang Christmas carols and distributed coffee and dessert to the residents.  All of the students worked hard practicing the Christmas carols, and a special shout-out goes to Bailey for singing two solos. The children experienced firsthand the joy of giving and thoroughly enjoyed their time doing for others during this Christmas season.
